Spring 2021 Group Offerings at ARE
Sessions begin April 7th, 2021 – join any and all from your phone or computer and in the comfort of your home (until we can meet in person again)
Wellness Group offerings encompass numerous modalities, including: mindfulness meditation and breathing practices, systematic deep relaxation (yoga nidra), and restorative yoga, among others.
